Women Share What Attracted Them to 'Find Your Voice' Group
This sounds like my type of group. I love giving books recommendations. I am happy there are places like this for women to gather and be heard. I look forward to participating in future groups. Thank you for the follow up

"Doris, speaking and hearing support really helped. It was serendipitous that "O" spoke about her feelings today because I planned to share my struggle with wanting to beg for the relationship after all these months. Hearing her story put my progress into sharp contrast. While I still feel the pull towards my husband I also have gained some strength to realize I deserve to be treated well."

Great session today!  The theme today dealt with the desire for 'autonomy'.  The road can be difficult and lonely, but establishing a network of friends you can trust, can provide you with the strength to stay the course!  We also discussed that "just because their family" doesn't mean we have to accept them into our lives.  We are worthy of healthy relationships!
